Enhance your understanding of the Mayer, Salovey, Caruso ability model of Emotional Intelligence.  You will be certified to assess and coach emotional intelligence with the MSCEIT and also, to teach emotional intelligence skills to others.

The 1 1/2 day MSCEIT certification course is facilitated by David Caruso. David is the co-developer of the MSCEIT test, and co-author of the book The Emotionally Intelligent Manager. He is one of the world’s leading experts on emotional intelligence.  David has published dozens of articles on the topic of emotional intelligence.  This section certifies you on the MSCEIT.

The 1 1/2 day EI skill building seminar is facilitated by EI Skills Group President Susan Kornacki.  She is the top-rated EI trainer on the MSC ability model in the world today.  Susan has probably provided MSCEIT feedback to more clients than anyone and she is one of the five MSCEIT train-the-trainers in the world.  She is an author of an article for the New England Human Resources Association, a co-author on a chapter in the recently released book Emotional Intelligence in Everyday Life (2006), lead author on a contribution to Emotional Intelligence in Everyday Life Workbook (2006), and the lead developer of a series of activities, reflections and exercises titled Teaching Emotional Intelligence Skills to Others (2006). This section allows you to run EI training sessions (but not MSCEIT certification sessions).
